- SWITCH 2025 x Blackstorm Consulting|Day 1 Taiwan–Singapore Startup Exchange and NTUitive Visit
The Hsinchu Science Park Bureau and the Asia Pacific Accelerator Network (AAN) led eight promising Taiwanese startups to Singapore in late October to participate in SWITCH 2025 (Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology). The delegation embarked on a multi-day program focused on innovation exchange, business connectivity, and international expansion.

On the first day, AAN and Singapore-based partner Blackstorm Consulting Group co-organized a dedicated session titled “Taiwan–Singapore Innovation Connect: The Singapore Launchpad.” The event aimed to strengthen cross-border collaboration between Taiwan and Singapore’s innovation ecosystems and help startups understand local market entry strategies and business landing pathways. Participating startups showcased their technologies and applications, receiving valuable market feedback and exploring potential collaboration opportunities with investors, accelerators, and corporate representatives.

In the afternoon, the delegation visited NTUitive, the innovation and enterprise arm of Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The visit provided a closer look at Singapore’s strategies for technology transfer, startup incubation, and innovation ecosystem development. Through in-depth exchanges, participants gained a stronger understanding of Singapore’s entrepreneurial environment and resource allocation, laying the groundwork for future collaboration.
NTUitive focuses on intellectual property management and commercialization, entrepreneurial incubation and venture support, and the translation of academic research into market-ready innovation, playing a vital role in bridging academia and industry within Singapore’s innovation landscape.
